Meet Darcy Lee
CEO & Founder
A proud graduate of Indiana University, Darcy Lee earned degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology before launching her career in business. Over the past 20 years, Darcy has served in a variety of roles in small and midsize businesses, including Account Executive, Project Manager, Marketing Director, Director of Accounts & Business Development, Director of Sales, COO, and VP of Strategic Growth & Partnerships. Her clients have ranged from small non-profits to prestigious Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries (e.g., tech, agriculture, transportation and logistics, insurance, venture capital, automotive, recreation, and finance).
No matter the maturity, revenue or scale of an organization, Darcy consistently saw gaps in strategy and execution, and a lack of alignment across business divisions - where marketing was not supporting sales, where data was not being used to make informed decisions, where leaders hit roadblocks when traditional tactics weren’t working, etc. She also saw leaders struggle to scale, often needing more support than they had the resources for - leaders who needed a generalist rather than a team of specialists.
